For those that have ordered a Modern Spare - do you recall how long it took for them to ship once you placed the order? It's been a week since I've ordered ours and nothing.

Randy - double check the jack to make sure it is the correct size. I, along with a few others received one that was too short and wouldn't lift the car. More than likely they've sorted this out but worth checking. BTW, they were great with customer service and promptly sent the correct jack.

 

The short jack problem was when Modern Tire first supplied the jack with 2022 NXs. Modern Tire addressed the problem and fixed it toward the end of 2022. It has not been a problem since then.

However, when you buy any add on spare or add-on jack it is good to check that it will work by actually changing your tire.
