Hello to my Canadian Lexus NX 350 owners...i have a 2024 with 2400 km on it and after a gas fill up, the display shows approx 438 km till empty. I set my odometer to track it and I literally do just highway driving for work and realistically I get about 375 km total??? I drive in eco mode also....does anyone else have the same thing? Doesn't seem right and km seem very low with a full tank with premium gas.

 

Lexus is very conservative when bars on gas gauge are gone and DTE = blank, i.e. 0 miles left you still have about 3 gallons of gas

 

I'm not familiar with km but with my USA model it started out at 19.8 mpg and after 1600 miles I am now up to 23 mpg. It takes alot of time for the nx 350 to update the mpg. Even though it says 23 mpg it probably is more likely 25. I don't do the calculations with the gas gallons vs miles. I just live with it.

 

1 km = ,62 miles
100 km = 62 mils
1 mile = 1.6 km

1 mpg = .425 km /L = 235 L/100km
25 mpg = 10.63 km /L = 9.4 L/100km

Converting OPs distances :
2400km = 1,491 miles
DTE 438 km = 272 miles

realistic DTE per tank 375 km = 233 miles

remember Lexus at 0 DTE, no bars on gas gauge has about 3 gallons on 350 at 24mpg (10.2 km/L) < 9.8 L/1100km>- 72 miles (116 km) on 350h at 39 mpg( = 117 miles ( 188 km) < 6.0 L/100km>

My 2023 NX350 Turbo according to the MPG gauge get right at 30 MPG.

 

Sounds about right, i had a 2024 350 as a loaner while my 2024 350h was in the dealership and i was getting about 400km range on a full tank of premium. it made me appreciate my near 800km range with my hybrid running regular fuel so much more when i got it back. i also drive 50/50 hwy, city in mostly eco mode.

 

The car will take approximately 5k to 10k km to reach peak fuel consumption.

 

My 2022 NX350 F-Sport has just under 11k and my total average fuel mileage showing at the moment is 23.9 mpg. Not great, not bad but fuel economy wasn't a factor in my decision to buy it so it's not really a concern at least for me.

 

Conversions are not hard. I just cant be bothered. The milage isn't a priority for me. Love the car for what it is.
