When I tap the button it turns blue for one second and turns back to gray when I have the temperature to low on both sides, why is it turning back to gray is that what happens to everybody else?
and if I have both sides on low and I hitt Max heat button it turns the heat up on only one side of the car same thing if it’s on high and you hit low it only changes the temperature on one side of the car
The "Sync" option has to be on for climate functions to equally affect the passenger seat. I don't personally use the Max Cool button (because I'm naturally Max Cool all the time ), but as I understand it, this setting is merely a quick way to set the temp to Lo (among other settings for wheel and seats). If you are already in Lo, perhaps that's why it doesn't hold. Have you tried using it with a set temp instead to see what it does?

Thanks for responding first of all, now when you say “sync“ I’m not sure exactly what you mean as pertains to what we are talking about?
And if the Max button is meant to only change driver side then that’s what it does in my car and I will try variables to see if anything changes.

On the lower part of the screen where all the climate settings are, to the right will be the word "Sync" with a little light above it to indicate whether it is on or not. When Sync is on, the passenger side is slaved to the driver settings, meaning both sides use the driver's settings. When sync is off, the passenger can set their own climate settings.
