My 2024 450h+ (built in Japan) did not come with puddle lights.
Opening the blanks, there's a connector already wired and in place.
Installation of the 3rd party (or OEM) lights are a 5 minute job.
Regarding delivery time from 'addcarlights' - I ordered on Feb 25th and got them in my mailbox (in Canada) on Mar 5th. So just over a week.
Blank plate on Front Left and Right doors (there are none on the rear doors) pre-wired from the factory and held in a dummy connector. Size.. if ordering from addcarlights, this is what they call the 'small' connector.
Non fading one is sharp yes, but normal film has that 3D look, which your quartz does not have, and I personally have and like 3D one I think I got my light from them too, and mine is 3D one, but I think it is also quartz

Well both are custom graphics and if you got a quartz one that is 3D, possible their image has a 3D look. The custom film one is taking the NX image and putting it with some edits.
