Has anyone tried these for their puddle lights or will they work?

If so whats the difference between between the options...
# of leds? and 1 chip and 3 chip? Has anyone tried these?

Or whats best to replace the puddle lights in the mirrors with?

I currently have 194 hi power flank bulbs in mine and they work pretty good. Not sure about those exact type of bulb but it should be good assuming it fits in the housing.

Should be bright. The puddle lamps have a chrome housing to reflect light. So the multiple smt should look good. As for myself...I run a flank SMT led in my puddles...along the same as PaPaHoff does too.

Why did you change your puddle bulbs? Are they brighter than stock or a different color? I wish mine would stay on longer. I wonder if that's an LPS setting (secret or otherwise)

People change them for looks... You can change them to any color really but I am changing mine to match the HID look or my headlights/fog lights and interior lights?
