450H+ - infotainment screen do not display any data
Hello, since this morning, our NX ( 5 months old and less than 18.000 km ) show a black screen in place of infotainment data...
no more ac, no more radio, no more gps, no more Android auto...
We tried to restart by maintaining power buttons , but no luck.
Does anyone experienced this ?

Not totally. I've only ever had to reset my screen once, and that was because it went black as you describe, BUT... the difference was I could still see the HVAC controls at the bottom so I knew the screen was working, it just wasn't receiving proper data from the graphics system for the rest of the screen. A simple restart fixed it. In your case, it sounds more like hardware issue than a software glitch that a restart will fix. One thing to try before going back to the dealer, disconnect battery for a minute and reconnect and see what happens. If that doesn't help, then likely a hardware failure as opposed to a glitch.
The issue with electronics sometimes is that a simple restart doesn't fix all issues because sometimes its not a software glitch but a hardware glitch, and sometimes some hardware remains powered even thru on/off cycles or restarts. In those cases, completely removing power can sometimes help. I had a similar issue on a Subaru. Having issues that persisted over multiple times turning the car on and off, restarting the display screen, and even pulling some fuses I thought would help. Finally, disconnected battery, reconnected, Next start, everything worked perfectly.
