If you have an iPhone and having issues with Qi charger on NX, see if you have turned off a setting “Display and Brightness” option, “Always on Display”.

My phone was charging fine with magsafe case until I turned off this option…

 

Mine is in the OFF position and my iPhone 14 Pro charges fine on the Qi Charger. But from your post, I'm not sure what issues you are experiencing.

 

So you mean, it charges fine when the always on display is on? It won't charge well, when Always On Display is off?

 

I got iPhone 15 ProMax.
As soon as I turned off "Always on Display", iPhone stopped charging, each time after few seconds.

 

I will give it a try to have the always on display and see if it will charge. I have a 14 Pro and have always on display, but it still does work.
