Anyone having issues using the App Suite with iPhone X? The iPhone connects with the car but can't use the enform app suites like Pandora. Just wondering if its just me or iPhone X.

Mine works fine. Is it just Pandora or do others work like Saved destination? If you turn off/on bluetooth it solved connection issue in the past.

 

Thanks. I've done everything including re-booting the damn phone and re-initializing with the iPhone. My dealer says I may need to wipe off all personal data on the car and see if that works.

 

Did you migrate the app over, or fresh install? Reinstall the app if it was the former. Then wipe off car, and resync.

 

How do you like your iPhone x? Any complaints? I'm thinking of getting it but I don't know if it's worth it. Btw I can hook up any socal peeps with a case if interested.

 

I deleted the app. Removed the car from the vehicle list. Deleted all personal info. Re-initialized the Bluetooth. Reinstalled the app and still doesn't work so i will take it to dealer.

I had a 7+ before the X and the X is better because its smaller. The Plus has a slightly bigger screen due to the width and better battery life but the X is better at everything else. Whether its worth the $1200+ i paid for it is another discussion

 

Update: Lexus was able to sync other phones to the Enform so it was my phone. I guess some code went haywire in iOS so I did the ultimate restore to my poor iPhone X by doing a complete DFU restore and starting over without a backup file. Luckily iCloud had most of my prior information saved but manually downloading all my apps was a pain. Enform now connects and everything is good again Hoping this may help anyone else having issues.
