I truly feel we got Scammed on this one. Not even Lexus can tell you what it includes or does. Wasted $160 in MY Opinion.

Totally agree. Interesting we take what comes on the NX or pass. It's not too bad as unwanted options are in the hundreds. We looked at Macans. The prices were bumped up with upgraded leather at $3-4000... Upgraded wheels a few thousand. Some really ridiculous appearance not safety or convenience options also. One had about $13,000 of upgraded upgrades that were there to begin with. The NX is a good value in general.

You don't want it removed. It's your transmission. It's just beefed up to be "able" to pull 2,000 pounds.

It's not a scam - regardless of Lexus knowing or not knowing. I have it on my NX and my wife does not ands it's easy to see the beefed up version if you are looking at the Tranny... which none of is noticeable from looking at the outside.
