If I wanted to carry a full size spare in my 2022 F-sport NX, can I get any 20 inch Lexus rim from the last 10 years? I see a few junk yard rims with 20 inch lexus rims for a reasonable price. has Lexus always used the same 20 inch rims? bolt pattern, offset etc?

my only concern with scrap yard wheels. … they might have been refurbished, repaired. Possible try Modern Spare… maybe they carry a full size wheel.

You'll need to get a wheel from 22 onward as the mounting system has change from lug nuts to lug bolts.
If you want a spare, Modern Spare is the way to go, IMHO. Lots of discussion on here about that.
I never heard of that company Modern Spare. Then again, I never needed to look into this in the past. I checked it out and it really is a fantastic deal for the piece of mind if you are going on a long remote trip. Not so big an issue with run flats but well worth the price. I was definitely going to buy a tool kit for the 2024 350h anyway so this kills it with the whole package.
I would like to get a spare but the issue is where do you put it. I understand the NX 250 comes with a spare ( I could be wrong) and fits under the floor in the hatch area. Is there something similar that can be done for the NX 350 turbo?

I took these photos of the Modern Spare the day after I picked up my 23 NX 450H+ Base. I also purchased the Jack and Tools Pkg and they are underneath the cargo cover in the styrofoam tray. Hope they help make a decision on what to do about a spare.
FWIW @lsft posted a video about taking everything out of the cargo area. The 450H+ has absolutely ZERO room to put a spare under the cargo floor. So you're pretty much stuck carrying it in the cargo area.
If I remember correctly, the option to pull out the storage stuff and putting it under the back deck does not apply to hybrids since there's a battery back there.

@Randyp1234 You are 100% correct. The battery is definitely in the way. There is no room for such a large spare even if the battery wasn't there. The space is not adequate.
I took half of the rear cargo stuff out yesterday to see about putting a Kicker Powered Subwoofer under the box and styrofoam and there isn't any room whatsoever even for that. The one I was looking at has a size of:
Box Depth (in, cm) 14, 35.6, Box Height (in, cm), 3-1/8, 8.1 Box Width (in, cm) 9-7/8, 24.9
For a long trip it might be worth carrying the spare on the outside. Hmmm...utility rack? Instead of a bike rack have a welder makeup a bracket and add some locks. I don't know what the spare weight is but it might work. Patents applied for.

Modern Spare will provide all details, dimensions. Contact them. They are customer friendly.
@Randyp1234 If @2ball has a Hybrid or Plugin Hybrid, that video and info won't work. The battery is in the back and takes up the space needed for the spare. So that video and info is only good for the non-hybrids.

I'm aware of that and thought we'd recently established that in another message, but can't recall now. I also put it as a reply under the wrong message but, as you know, you can't delete a reply once you make one.
