Was having a message that EPB stopped incompletely. Took to dealer was told they couldn’t replicate the problem also have been having this very loud sound every time I go into park, which has gotten worse as time goes on. Dealer did replace the break actuator, but noise has stayed the same. Anyone having this issue?

 

Sorry but what does "EPB stopped incompletely" mean? I've not seen a message but am curious to know more about it.

The noise is normal I think. Mine does it as well. I’m not a mechanic, but it sounds like the actuator setting the brakes. I used to get the incompletely message a lot, but there was a recall that pretty much fixed it. The only time I get it now is if press the park button, the normal one, not the manual parking brake button that you pull, while the car is not “completely stooped and settled”. If I’m stopped with my foot on the brake when I push the button it always works fine. Touchy little thing if you’re in a hurry LOL.
