Default Noise Problem

Hey guys,
I recently bought a Lexus IS250 from 2007 and got a noise problem that the lexus dealer cannot figure out appparently and had hoped that maybe one of you already had that problem and can help me figure out what it is and how to solve it.

I got the car last month at a Lexus dealer in the south of the country with 124000km, two previous owners and fully serviced by Lexus plus service and warranty for 6 months (no problems on the test drive). On the way home after 200km I left the speedway and made a quick stop in the city. There I first realized a clanking noise, not very loud coming from somewhere under the car. The noise was more rubber like, as if two rubber parts on a spring hit against each other. The noise only occured on low speeds (up to 30kmh) and bumpy roads. After that, I continued my drive home and made an appointment at the local dealer (after back checking with the dealership that sold me the car). They checked the car but could not figure it out so they send me back to the south of the country. In the interim (lets say 300km), the noise got a bit louder and was more prevalent but still very much rubber like.
A bit later I drove to the south and the dealership where I got the car, there they checked it and said it must be the swivel bar joint of the steering (hope that right, I am german and they told me the dutch name of the part). It was before christmas and they needed to order the part but said the car is fine so just go along for the time being. I drove back home and made a family trip over christmas and the noise was getting even more prevalent. Now it was a bit rubber like, but already with a much stronger metallic like sound and also appeared at higher velocity (40kmh).
Fast forward, I drove to Lexus and got the part exchanged but they already figuered its the wrong part. In addition, they also sprayed greese on my schock absorber. That slightly lessened the noise, but its still there. Now, the noise is only metal like, like if two metal parts swing against each other everytime the road it bumpy (also at around 50kmh). The dealership cannot yet figure it out and is filing a report to the importer and is thinking about keeping the car for a few days. It really bothers me, its a really loud metallic swinging and clanking noise.

-- Short version
I bought a Lexus, shortly after getting it I had a rubber like swinging and clanking noise on bumpy roads. 3000km further the noise evolved and is now a full scale metallic clanking and swinging and the Lexus dealer cannot yet figure it out.

Is there any of you who previously came across this problem? Any ideas on how to solve the issues or on how to point the dealership to the right solution?

A video or recorded sound might help to narrow the problem.

Right, I went to a bumpy road and recorded it. The best is towards the end of the video, from around 0:23 onwards and close to the end. I hope the quality is good enough to get a glimpse. Thank you already for any suggestion on what might be the cause.
