Thinking about getting palomino leather on the nx but it looks orange online in a lot of pictures. Local dealer hasnt received any with palomino to look at recently so just wanted to know how it appears in person from those that have it and how it looks with the nori green? Thanks

I have it inside my Atomic silver NX and it's leather. Looks great there. BIL just ordered Nori Green with Palomino for delivery July/August, he hopes. I think it'll look great there as well. No orange in mine, the pics above are very lifelike.

 

I have a 450h+ in Nori Green with Palomino. Love the combination and the Palomino looks great. Don’t really see much orange in the color, agree with the posts before the photos posted are similar to seeing it in person.

 

Depends on the light, but it is mostly like a reddish tan. I didn't think I would like it much, but it did grow on me quickly. I think it has more personality than bland khaki tan.

 

I was worried with you same concerns about being to orange. Great color light but will not show dirt.

 

Palomino was definitely the top choice (really the only one we wanted in combo with Grecian Water) and some of the stock Lexus Photos sometimes don't do it justice. Easy to keep clean and we wear jeans all the time, although we do detail our car pretty regularly with Mother's VLR cleaner. The below are some real-life ones that I took in two different environments. First pic is a 2023 model that's illuminated by the car's interior LEDs as its light source. If you end up getting a 2024 NX, the glove box (shown in the 2nd pic with the beach towels taken in daylight) is Palomino-color matched and it's plastic. Both seats in the two pics are leather (due to the chevron pattern as a way to identify) but from what I have seen, there's virtually no color difference between it and the Nuluxe color too. I think there was a nori green with Palomino in the 'User Intro' thread from what I remember early on.

 

I had Palomino interior on my last 2 vehicles. I ordered Palomino but since they never built my order I accepted a unicorn 450H+ with Red interior. Didn't want it and don't really like it. It does grow on you though. My problem with the red is like everything red it fades especially in Florida with our extreme UV. I will take Palomino any time any day.

So I vote YES to Palomino.

 

One thing I like about the Palomino is you get the matching headliner it appears. Very nice touch.
