Lexus Integrated Dashcam impairs visibility.

I was interested in a stealthy camera for the car, but if you check out Amazon reviews, the combined level 1 and level 2 reviews amount to a whopping 19 %. .
Either the camera crapped out in a short time or , people were not that enthused w the quality of the video.....
Any critiques on this camera.
And, yes, having it integrate in the car is a major plus, but.....if you have issues w the camera...it may not be worth it.... your feedback is welcome

If you want extreme UHD quality this won't the camera. But keep in mind that there are a lot of factors in addition to the lens and dynamic range of the lens. How clean is your windshield, the amount of light facing you etc.
The quality is definitely better than the Lexus one that is available in Canada. I believe the US one is newer and might be better. There are definitely better dashcams out there. OEM look vs a need for a sharp camera is really some you need to look at your priorities.
