USB port not recognized

USB port not recognized
NX450h: USB port does not show anything when iPods or other devices plugged in. Think there's a setting somewhere that wakes this up? I've looked

The USB-C port is only for charging. USB-A is for data. Which are you using?

I'm using the USB-A, and have always used it in previous UX and others, same devices, same cables. No life at all
