Default Replacement Hinge on Front door for XN

Good Evening

I notice that my front door was hitting the door latch so I had verified at the dealer and told me that both my door hinge were gone. I was thinking of just replacing the pins and bushings but the dealer told me that they don't last. So I did get a new upper door hinge at Rock Auto and wondering if you can only get a lower door hinge at the dealer ?

Also do you have to remove the fender to change both hinges? I was checking on You tube and the only video that I saw was for a Toyota Sienna and they had remove the front fender. Any helps would be appreciated

Thanks and have a great evening.

Can you obtain a front lower hinge anywhere else but a dealer? Evidently you can (see attached image).
I did not see a model year in your post, so I guessed.

I inspected my NX and 2 of the 3 bolts that retain the upper hinge to the body are obscured by the fender (true for both left and right door).
Even if one managed to remove the hinge without first removing the fender, keep in mind you will need some clearance to re-align the door after the new hinge is installed.

Thanks for the info. My NX is a 2017. I figured that I had to remove the fender. If this is the case I'm going to replace both upper and lower hinges.
