Default Alternative Temporary Door Hinge Fix(rubbing on fender)

Just as a temporary fix(in seeing a few of you guys moving the quarter panel forward a few mm's to add some clearance for the door ) I instead loosened the (4 I believe) 10mm bolts on the top of the drivers side fender and pushed it in towards the engine and tightened them back down. Now no rubbing. It was embarrasing hearing my door clip the fender everytime I opened it quickly. Maybe it'll work for you, maybe not, but it did for me and only took two minutes or so... Good luck everyone and happy holidays!

Replacing the door hinge it eliminates the worry for a long time. I'm so glad I did it. The door closes a lot smoother and you don't have to worry about chipping the fender paint.

Yeah I know. I will replace them in a month or so, but until then I don't want to worry about it and it was a two minute fix tops

dude, I'm having the same problem with my passenger side door. With the door open, I grabbed the contact point on the door and started pulling on it. So far, no rubs.
