In my Lexus 2022 NX350h. When I press voice button and say "Call xxxxxx". It says your phone is not connected. But car device is connected to iphone using Apple Carplay. Please let me know how to fix this issue

 

When using Carplay, the phone disconnects from bluetooth. That's just how that has to work. When you are connected to carplay, you have to use Siri for anything phone related, not the car's voice command system. Push and hold the voice command button to activate Siri.
