Default iPhones won't connect

We just got new iPhones (13Pro) and they will not connect to the NX300. THe NX does not show up on either phone while trying to connect. THe phones connect as normal on our other car - a 10 yr old subaru.

The OLD phone shows up in "Device Info" but it does not show anywhere else.

Yes, Bluetooth is turned on on the phones. Phones were cycled on & off.

What the heck? Any fix for this?

Did you enable your NX to search for Bluetooth devices? MENU > SET-UP > BLUETOOTH > SELECT "YES" (to search for devices) > your iPhone should now see "LEXUS NX" through Bluetooth settings.

I would try deleting the old phone profile from the vehicle and adding in your new phone. Sometimes with new phones or when your phone has a major update, it changes the bluetooth/phone profile just enough to where your vehicle won't recognize the phone anymore.

Yeah, sometimes that device deletion (all of them) helps. Start fresh (no devices). Also on iPHone - turn off/on bluetooth. Some other times, it helps, too.
