I think Lexus uses the same Techsmith software/cable as Toyota or you can look into the cheaper option of the Carista ODB2 setup where you can change all the options yourself I just haven't gotten around to buying one yet.

Carista doesn't specifically say what all options you can choose until you actually buy it so I am not sure if the lights on with remote start is an option but I would bet it is.

I think Nigels work because you have an aftermarket system that has relays wired up outside of the normal remote start as it definitely does not turn on the exterior lights at all with remote start from the factory.

The thing with the module is it's not actually adding anything to the vehicle. The vehicle is already 100% wired to remote start (as we know because of enform) idiots at Toyota/Lexus tied it into a subscription based service and turn it off once the trial is done and or if you continue to pay the $8 a month. That's why when you program it, you turn the car one once (not crank), shut it off, then turn it on again. That's why it's so infuriating to me that Lexus/Toyota don't at least just make remote start an option with the FOB and if you want/need remote start with a phone/app..etc., THEN you pay for the subscription service.

I'll have a look in Tech Stream this week to see, but I'm fairly certain I did not change any setting regarding lights. I did change the turn signal volume/number of flashes, and unlock on the keyfob makes all the windows go down. But I didn't touch anything with remote start settings, even though there is an option for remote start Enable/Disable. But that has nothing to do with any new vehicle that is enform based.
