Has anyone else noticed if there steering wheel is slightly off center? I’ve had my NX aligned 3 times by an independent shop and 2 times by Lexus and the steering wheel is still slightly off to the right. Is any one else encountering this problem? Is it common?
****ty alignment work...you can definitely get that corrected if someone doesn't just throw it on the rack and do the bare minimum to get the numbers to read ok. Your alignment can technically be perfect with the wheel turned 90 degrees even.

If you don't have warranty to preserve, are comfortable working under your car, and have access to ramps, then all you need to correct that are a 22mm open wrench and a 15mm wrench (or channel lock plier). Toe one side in and the other side out equal amounts (use the 6-sided face of the rack end as reference) to preserve the alignment. Based on your photo, that looks to be somewhere between a half face correction (1/12 turn) and a full face correction (1/6 turn) on both inner tie rods (toe left in, toe right out).
And yes, I agree with no1SomeGuy's "Your alignment can technically be perfect with the wheel turned 90 degrees even."
Additional info: I've done alignments on my NX quite a few times between suspension setup changes and observed that a 1/6 turn on one side affects total toe by roughly 1/32" on Tenhulzen toe plates.
