Problem with radiator

Hi! Have anyone replaced lexus nx radiators? I have lexus nx 300h 2019 and on my parts there is a sticker “v2”, but I can find only v3 or v4 on sale. Do you know what these numbers mean?

Just a question---on a 2019, why is this not a warranty issue? Was the damage done in an accident or through your fault,or did the part FAIL? If it failed with no apparent fault of yours, it seems to me it's a warranted repair.

if its plastic, many have used a product called jb weld to fix leaking radiators.
