I have a 2015 NX200T. I have never had an issue with my iPhone connecting to the vehicle. After the most recent iOS updates, my phone now connects and disconnects repeatedly when receiving calls. If I make a call, it connects, disconnects and connects again. It seems fine when playing music. Lexus website says their is no software update. Any suggestions?

 

I have the 2015 and still have an iPhone 8+. Not having any issues with iOS 13. Might want to check with your tech person at the dealer. Might try restarting your phone while in the NX if you haven't already.

 

It's a pretty simple fix. Remove the phone from the car, remove the car from the phone. Repair the phone.

 

I just noticed some funky behavior tonight when I tried to activate Siri thru the car to send a text. Never got Siri to ask what I wanted. BT music was fine. So I rebooted the phone and things started working again.

 

My car has been in the shop at Lexus for months ... they have changed the audio/ video system 3 times due to the whole system crashing and re booting over and over ... my car play kind of goes in and out and it’s annoying ... anyone else experiencing this ?
