Interior LIghts 2nd row

When someone opens the 2nd row side door the interior lights should go on. In my 2019nx300, they do not go on. What do I have to do to have them go on automatically?

Our 2019 initially operated just as you described. Pressing this switch once caused the rear light to turn on when a door was opened.
