Wrecked NX
I wrecked my 2019 Nx, it has a lot of damage. The insurance company wants to fix it instead of totalling it. Basically it will have a new hood and on the passenger side fender door and back panel have to be replaced and painted. Will fixing this car null and void my manufactures warranty? What can i do to just get the car to be replaced? For sure i will lose because it has been wrecked. Just wonder what my options are?
Your damages is less than the book valve of the car. Fixing this will not void your warranty, if your car is leased, it need to be repair at a certified shop. If you are prepare to take a loss, fix it and sell it fast, before it hits Carfax. Good Luck.
Regarding
>sell it fast, before it hits Carfax
OP, check with a lawyer. i think it is illegal to not disclose a known accident when selling/trading in. Not very sure. If the insurance pays to fix it then fix it and use it as long as you were planning to use it if nothing had happened and then sell/trade in. Disclose accident, lose some money while trading in and sleep peacefully. Just my 2 cents

Depending on insurance company, if fixing the damage is below 70% of what car is worth, they will fix it. Above 70%, they will total it. I doubt that cost of damage you described is even close to 70% of 2019 NX.
As for damage you are nowhere close to totaling it unless you have frame damage. Have a certified shop repair it regardless if it's leased or not.
If you have a police report on it, it has already hit carfax I am pretty sure. so no need to worry about that. if you like the car and want to enjoy it, fix it and move on. if you are like me and want something that hasn't been wrecked, fix it and trade it. take your losses and be done.

take the car to a mechanic for 2nd opinion and hopefully he finds extensive damage to total...Im assuming insurance adjuster made prelim guesstimate...that doesnt mean thats all the damage. whereever you take it it get fixed just ask the mechanic to check for frame damage or "are you sure this shouldnt be totaled or whatever conveys to garage you want it totaled.
a positive note, if place that fixes it does a great job, just trade it in on a new model. my niece got rear ended at stop light in her 2018 custom jeep. after it got fixed of 30 grand in damage, she traded in for new jeep grand cherokee ultimate or whatnot and said she got great deal.
Continuing on a positive note...three years ago a Delta flight attendant reaching to the floor of her car for her sunglasses rear-ended my wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and it bent the Jeep's frame as well as causing other considerable damage.
The car was repaired by an excellent and reputable Jeep dealer, and a year later, after showing the buyer all the paperwork from the repair and all the service records for the six years we had owned the Jeep, it was sold for high Blue Book to a private party who was "very impressed with the overall condition and repair" of the Jeep.
I don't recall the insurance carrier the flight attendant had, but the repair was done at the dealer we chose.

It takes about a week for accident to show on Carfax. You are already late to any evasive action.
Lexus removes warranty from damaged components but warrants anything else that was not damaged. You will have only repair shop warranty on their work and manufacturer warranty on replaced parts. That's first word from Lexus CSR.
You vehicle just lost lots of its value, sorry.
Also, question will be if they will re brand it as rebuilt or not. That I do not know.

Accidents get entered into the CarFax data base only if they are reported by a body shop, law enforcement agency, or insurance company, and the reality is that, as often as not, accidents don't ever get entered into that data base. I've seen cars with $15,000-20,000 or more worth of collision repairs that have clean CarFax reports.
As much as anything, CarFax has become nothing more than a marketing tool that helps dealers sell used cars by leading potential buyers to be confident in believing that cars have accident-free histories. In many cases, that confidence is misplaced.
