I notice, on the passenger side to the rear view mirror, a large bulge with what appears to be several sensors. They look like LEDs, literally. I am presuming, this is is either light sensor or something similar?
Now, I know 100% that is not dimming mirror sensor, that one is in the mirror itself.
What is it for then?
Very pragmatic question, as I have stripped model without rain sensing wipers or automatic high beams. But, if say it is for Auto high beams , maybe I can add it. I like that feature on wife's RX350.

It's rain sensing sensor. Google all mighty.
