Dealership response
Ask dealership for Otd.
keep asking for my number to talk.
Reply : Everything in this business is determined by customer's commitment. If you show commitment of buying from me, I will go to great lengths to save you money. If I can't even see your intention to do business with me, I can't help you much.

For one, you might be eligible for certain incentives and programs.
If you haven't aligned on a specific vehicle on their lot, they might want to know what flexibility you have with options (for example on my last purchase I said I'll take any color on the lot except these two colors).
I'm all about minimizing the face time with salespeople, but don't start off with a best-and-final type conversation. I emailed a dozen dealers near me with my requirements and only talked to them after I got a link to the vehicle with the options I wanted. Drove one at a dealer, narrowed it down to 4 dealers with an acceptable vehicle for me to buy optioned as I wanted it. Then spoke with each of them and asked for the OTD cost. You may also get a better deal if they think they have the opportunity for the add-on crap sales that you can turn down once you have that in writing.
