Key Fob Stolen....

Just lost one of my key fobs for my 2013 RX350. My dealer in PA wants $188 for the fob, $95 for the emergency key and $40 to program for a total of $323 + tax. I found Bell Lexus of North Scottsdale has the fob for $116.46 (including shipping). I am waiting to hear if they can get me the emergency key.
Has anyone else purchased items from Bell Lexus?
Any other dealerships that you would suggest checking?

And for what it is worth, my understanding is that, if you are tech savvy, you CAN reprogram a key. However, it is much more trouble than I want to go to. You just have to have the right software.

And that is why I am only calling Lexus dealerships. Why would a Lexus dealership sell me a key that has already been programed and risk me reporting them to Lexus management?
