I searched through the forums and couldn't find it. Does anyone know the part # for the oil filter and oil filter tool? I rather purchase these from Toyota vs Lexus because they would sell it for less.

 

Btw, has anyone installed a Fumoto drain valve on their NX? If so, which one? I'm thinking about the F-103S. Was considering the SX, but read some reports of leaks.

 

The oil filter tool is SST: 09228-06501 but you can just get a Lisle flute wrench off amazon. The toyota dealer can probably look up the part number for you.

ahhh my mistake.

 

Got the parts today that I ordered a day and a half ago lol.

I will note that the revised part for the oil filter assembly has a point at the very bottom of it which is a nice touch on Toyota's part so when you spend the filter off the oil will come to that point in trip off... Where is the previous version is round. Nice little touch anyways here's the pictures.
