The "nicer" DRL, assuming you mean the full "Nike Swoosh" looking lights, are characteristic of all F-Sport models, regardless of the upgraded triple LED. The non-F's DRLs have spaced out LEDs with turn signal bulbs on the "hooks."

 

The rear turn signals are not LEDs. However, you can make them LEDs, just I like did. Read how to do it here.

Definitely worth it IMO. I test drove an HID and an LED model at night before my purchase. The LEDs are amazing. You will not be disappointed. The cut-off is very sharp and clean and the lights project very far.
