Default First flat on my NX

Started off with a thump-thump-thump so I pulled over, found a big screw in the right rear tire. Pulled it out and I can hear the air rushing out. Ok, so I call Lexus road side assistance as I begin to take out the tools to put on the spare.

"Thank you for calling Lexus Road Side assistance, all of our specialists are assisting over Lexus owners, someone will be with you shortly. "

9 minutes later they answer, just as I pull off the flat tire.

Several minutes later she tells me that a road side specialist is on the way will will be there in less then 60 minutes. I tell her not to bother, I'll be gone in 5

Actually, AAA is worse. The one time I was broken down on the highway, they were completely useless.

I guess it depends on when you call Lexus Roadside. Maybe you called during peak volume hours?

I had to call them one time at 10pm on a Friday night. They answered the phone pretty might right away. The tow truck was another matter; I had to wait about 45 mins for them to show up.

It is usually anywhere from 45 minutes to a couple of hours. It depends on how busy the tow service is.

If this is during the normal business hours of your Lexus a Service a Department they have a truck that will come out and help you. The other tow service is just contracted by Lexus Corp.

I heard a thump thump as I drove so I pulled over and check it out and found the big screw. Once I pulled it out the air started to quickly escape and once the pressure dropped the TMPS light came on.

It stayed on with the spare tire on, went away once the tire was fixed and put back on
