I still feel "NORMAL" mode is too harsh. I'm pretty sure my NX has AVS.

As for the Canadian market, I'd love to have the All-speed control on the DRCC as it currently disengages below (40 kph) 25 mph, and like the US, bring over the 360 degree camera, a fuel-efficient V6, and power folding mirrors.
Are you sure you don't have all speed? You need to activated it when the car has stopped. Try pushing down on the stalk to "SET" when the car has stopped. It will go into "bumper-to-bumper" mode.

You have AVS if you have the Sport S+ option.
Drive the non-AVS F Sport if available and you'll feel it a little harsher and bouncier.

No, unfortunately a warning on the 4.2" TFT screen displays at/below 40 kph saying DRCC is no disengaged. It's also in the Owner's manual.

I can feel that the ride is very harsh in Sport S+ setting, but in NORMAL, it's still harsher that I would prefer it to be.

I'm convinced that this is deactivated in Canada via software. Is there Canadian law not allowing all-speed radars?

^^^ I agree it's probably just software. I believe Tesla, Subaru and other brands have the full stop in Canada. Don't know why Toyota/Lexus doesn't

what's crazy is that many if not all the options/features mentioned in this thread are available for the NX.

Lexus just decided not to make them available for the U.S. market.
