Hey everyone, I bought my NX about a month ago and I havent been able to get the lexus enform remote to work. I believe there is a 1 year trial with new cars but i am not sure.
When i put in the vin # i get this error message

Go to, or call your dealer and ask the tech guy to help you set it up.
do the SOS thing and when you talk to someone, tell them you're trying to setup enform on your new car.

Did the SOS thing and an operator picked up, turns out you need to request the 1 year free trial. I thought everything would be already activated since its a new car. Thanks!!!
