Oh, I do this too, but I won't trash it and leave it essentially abused. Putting a few high revs on the engine and testing out the cornering ability is all in good fun, but this experience was the exception!! I wish I had taken some photos...you guys would've been just as shocked!

Yes, it was mentioned AND pointed out, in person, by me to the dealer rep. He was embarrassed and, of course, apologized. He said he had no idea that the car was in this condition or he would have NEVER let it off the lot. It was just a bad day all around as they also accidentally dinged and scuffed the drivers door just above the door handle on MY car. They fixed it immediately with paintless dent removal, but WTH?? Typically, they are very good and have a great reputation...better than the other luxury dealers in town. SMH...

My dealership opened my door into another car and marked up my door guards. Had to polish that out....

That's why I refuse to let dealerships do any works to my cars.

After driving through a terrible fog patch last fall, both headlights on my Camaro filled with water. I got the dealership to agree on a warranty replacement, and then I signed for the headlights and did the install at home. Now, it couldn't be an easy pop in and out...oh no...full front end off haha. Had Camaro parts all over my garage all winter.

I'd like to think that Lexus dealers would be better than a Chevy dealer, but I'm yet to be proven that. Heck,
