Air Conditioning
How long, on average before you feel the AC truly kick in? For me, I am a good mile plus or so from home before I can tell the AC is on. Until then, it feels like its just air blowing, not AC.
I find it actually pretty quick compared to my previous car, 2012 camry.
My issue with the A/C is that I usually drive in ECO mode which makes it struggle to keep the cabin cool.
I'm looking for info from drivers on ArticBlast. it's supposed to be an additive that you put in your refrigerant that helps it be more efficient in cooling the cabin and helping mpg. Toyota advertises it and I'm wondering if it would be good for the Lexus.

If I don't drive the car for 1 or 2 days, then it seems to take about a minute or so before the compressor starts working and cooling the coils. Before that, like you said, it just feels like its just the blower working.
If I drive the car every day, there is no problem and the compressor starts right away.
Since its such an intermittent issue, the tech guys can't do much.

Pretty slow to kick in for me compared to a 2004 Honda Accord; maybe 2-3 min compared to immediately for the Honda. I live in Southern California where the temps are fairly mild, so it's not a huge deal... but certainly noticeable.
