Default NX Leases

anyone get ideas yet from your dealerships what the lease arrangements would look like?
I visited my dealer in SoCal last week and my salesman told me he heard they were going to aggressively promote a lease package in the neighborhood of $349/mo (with some down of course).

Thanks.

I think i could do $349. Hopefully they have some offers when I'm ready to pick one up.

dang that's pretty hefty. I doubt CA will be cheaper. $3700 due and still $370/mo?
I say hefty cause when I got my IS 350 last year with premium/navi, which comes out to a comparable price to the NX with the same options, it was zero down zero drive off and ~455/mo

Something is wrong here.
1) What is the actual period for this lease?
2) What is the actual $'s @ signing? Downpayments are done @ signing so...

As you can tell from my prior inquiry, the details appear "fuzzy" on this one but IF the calculations are done on the 36 month period then the difference between this and your IS aren't significant.

IS = $455 x 36 months w/zero down = $16,380
NX = $369 x 36 months = $13,284 + $3,700 == $16,984 so the difference is only $604.00

LOL!
The ad has both 27 and 36 months but I'll guess 36 months.

food for thought:

http://www.legendleasing.com/2015_Le...ll_Wheel_Drive

IS 250 AWD base, $349/mo, zero down exc. taxes and fees, 24 mos, 7,500 miles. (through leasing broker). through dealership: $349/mo, $2,300 down exc. taxes, 36 mos, 10,000 miles.

MSRP is similar to NX, at $39k

knowing this, i would expect after pricing stabilizes after 6 or so months, that an NX lease at $400/mo or more, zero down, means that your not negotiating to the bottom dollar.

Money factor dealer offered was 0.00184 (4.42%). I am buying mine so I did not bother negotiating.
