I think I saw a post where it was mentioned that the Japanese release date was July 29th. Can that be confirmed? Any other release dates yet? Is the USA release still around Dec?

 

As much as I know, it starts shipping in Europe in October... so Japanese production should have started by now. NX is not officially published on Lexus.jp, so maybe July 29th is when they start taking orders or have them in showrooms? Not sure.

 

August 30 for Thailand. Test driver should be available early August.

 

USA and Canada: December launch.

 

I was told by a friend in Japan who actually has placed a pre-order on NX and he said previously that his salesman told him the official release date for NX in Japan is July 29.

And Lexus Japan has already been accepting domestic orders on NX for more than a month now.

 

Hopefully your friend can share his experience and pics of his NX like he has before (if it's the same friend)!

i know they have had preview events in all the dealers, but it is weird that they didnt publish official info.

 

I've heard that we will be getting our first allocation delivered end of NOVEMBER during week of Thanksgiving

with 11/26 the official RETAIL DATE

 

That's a week or two prior to the slated launch. It could very well be. I'm hoping my dealer gets it a little early too.

I'm in bangkok and I went to the dealer and I was able to see the nx hybrid is going on sale by the end of August is beautiful I really like it I'm going to trade my rx 2013 cus the size is perfect....

 

Spoke with a dealer in Sydney Australia, and they'll have a vehicle for test drive in a week's time. Aiming for October release of the hybrid first. Apparently the first two month's stock of the hybrid is already pre-sold.
