I am wondering for those that change your own oil which brand are you using and if 0w-20.

 

I use Pennzoil Platinum or Ultra Platinum, and yes 0W-20. I change it every 5K miles.

 

Thanks for the reply, I am considering Mobil EP and Valvoline EP. I will add your choice to my list.

 

I use Costco's Kirkland 0-20w, which is just repackaged Mobil1. My vehicle is a 300h, so I do my oil changes once a year or about 8,000 miles.

I don't care which variation it is ("high mileage", etc.) I believe for the most part it's a bunch of baloney.

I will research the COSTCO Kirkland one, now that you said it was repackaged Mobil-1.

I change every 3k, with new filter of course.
