I have a 2019 Lexus NX 300. The navigation app disappeared on its own overnight. No issues with navigation before this. Now when I try to open navigation app it says to download the Lexus app for compatible navigation apps. Radio still works as normal. I downloaded the Lexus app and renewed the navigation subscription and that has not made a difference. Techs at Lexus seem perplexed by this. Has anybody else experienced this?
