Replacement tire advice
I need to replace all 4 tires on my 2020 NX300 and have no clue how to pick them. I will be buying them at Costco on their Black Friday sale and attempted to talk to the sales people, but they were so busy, they didn't have time to go into much detail.
I love the way the car rides with the tires that came with it and want a similar ride. It rides very smoothly, but I can still feel the grip on the road. I don't like a sporty, bumpy ride.
I'm looking at Michelin and Bridgestone. I don't need a tire that will last 80K miles because I won't have the car that long. 50K miles would be more than sufficient.
I live in CA, so weather is not an issue.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

1 - COSTCO (but you already knew that)
2 - Michelin
I have always been very happy with Michelin tires.
Here's what you should do:
1. Go to TireRack.com and research their recommendations for tires for YOUR vehicle (same vehicle that I have).
2. Find out the model/name for the Michelin recommendation - I believe it is something like "MXV4".
3. One thing I learned about COSTCO (they neve cease to impress me)...Even if they don't have the tire you want IN STOCK, they have the ability to ORDER many more models. So even if you have to wait a few days for them to get it delivered to them, it is worth it to get what you want. They have no problem doing the special order.
4. COSTCO alternates between sales on Michelin and Bridgestone. If the Michelins are not on sale, just wait a few weeks and they will be.
5. If you feel compelled to buy on their Black Friday Sale, then going with Bridgestone is not a bad alternative at all. COSTCO IS THE BEST REGARDLESS.
I just checked. As I said, I too have a 2020 NX. I have the original tires, which are "Michelin Primacy MXM4 100H". I've driven 65,000 miles already and STILL have more life left to them. Of course, tire life depends on many factors !!!
COSTCO, COSTCO, COSTCO !!!
Based on your location and if you take Tirerack recomendations at face value, then PIRELLI SCORPION AS PLUS 3 is what you want. Michelin tires in this category do not even make number 10.

Bridgestone's are junk and I hated my Pirelli Scorpions. Got them off my car 6 months ago. Really like the tire I have now. Got a set of Toyo Celsius CUV. Smooth and quiet. 60,000 mile warranty, Trial Offer 500 mile / 45 Days.

Then PIRELLI Scorpion AS Plus 3 and Scorpion Verde are two completely different tires from the same company. AS Plus 3 is very highly rated vs low rates for Verde. I stand by my assessment and experience with AS Plus 3 and will but is again in no time.
