Potential new owner
I'm shopping for a car and very much considering a 2020 or 2021 NX300 with less than 50K miles. Anyone have any NX300 advice, good or bad, for me? I'm not looking for buying tips but just things about the NX you like or dislike. Maybe even some details on differences between the 2020 and 2021. And for styling purposes I"m only considering the F-Sport line.
Any and all information is appreciated!

If I buy again I never buy used one I know money is important but new nx250 2023 have more gas range and use regular gas if you don’t need AWD buy FWD car have better MPG and less weight and is less parts to service.
I buy used nx300 2019 with 30200mil certificate and i question my self why so much money for used car and is scratch inside outside and have hide problem and now I asking my self if this is good spend money I definitely say not.

Thank you for your comments. I definitely don’t need AWD and just prefer the styling (front grill, lower fascia) of the F-Sport.
Unfortunately it’s not within my budget to buy a new car over $35K.

@train21reb I have a 2019 NX300 AWD. I purchased it used almost exactly a year ago with CPO warranty from Lexus. It's pretty well-equipped with almost all options for that year besides 360 camera. I would suggest a 2019 or newer model because of the option of Apple CarPlay if that matters to you. The '19 can have CarPlay installed for $199 at the dealer, but newer models have it from the factory. My observations from ownership are that the MPGs are not bad, but not great either. I get 24mpg whether it's mixed or highway driving. The vehicle requires premium gas which may bother some people because of the extra cost. That's not an issue for me as I have only owned vehicles that use premium gas for almost 20 years and 93 octane costs $1/gallon more in my area. My NX has 18" wheels which doesn't help the ride quality. I feel that the ride is a bit stiff, but it's a shorter wheelbase so that's expected somewhat. However, I have only owned premium vehicles for some time now and other passengers mention how smooth my cars ride so maybe I'm biased. The F Sport versions can have either 18" or 19" wheels and the suspension is tuned to be sportier (meaning stiffer). That may not be an issue for you, but test drive one and decide for yourself first. Another issue is that the soft materials in the vehicle are really nice, but can scratch easily. The leather on my doors have scratches from fingernails contacting the panel when you grab the door handle to close it. Obviously, the previous owner spent money getting her nails done but wasn't careful about the door. A quick internet search says that Lexus improved the sound insulation on the newer models because of complaints from owners when the car was first released. I'm not sure what was improved because there is more road noise inside the car than what I would expect from any Lexus. My other Lexus cars are quieter inside and they're older models ('95 SC300, '06 IS250awd, '11 GS350awd). Again, I just may be picky about these issues as other passengers have said they liked my cars but I'm letting you know my experience so far. Otherwise than that, the vehicle has been pretty good. There have not been any mechanical problems and the only issues are just my personal complaints mentioned above.
Thank you for your thoughtful response. Apple CarPlay is definitely high on my must have list. Currently driving a 2018 Highlander without it but if I’m getting a newer car, I definitely want CarPlay.
I haven’t included the 2019 models in my search just because the mileage of those models are higher than I want. So I am considering the 2020 and 2021 model years.
Is it possible to pay the dealer to upgrade the screen software, or is it limited by the hardware?
