preheat oven to 375, stick them in for about 15 mins, the sealant should be soft enough to pry apart, once that is done, make sure to get the inside nice, clean and dry.
next scrape off ALL the sealant with a razor
get new sealant (if someone may wanna chime in with facts on if there is a lexus sealant, or autozone stuff, when I did this I used Honda Sealant)
apply between two halves,
use some small C clamps or heavy duty clips to hold them firmly together and bake for at least 15 mins.
pull them out and let cool (i let mine stand for an hour) WITH THE CLIPS/CLAMPS STILL ON.
reinstall and enjoy flexin in your shiny reconditioned headlights

Have you tried calling Xtreme HID in San Jose? They're not the cheapest but they do some amazing work and are well reviewed. Sorry to hear your headlights are doing that
