Lexus Manhattan?

Has anyone dealt with Lexus Manhattan? Im looking into a IS that they have but will fly down to pick up. Just wanted to know how the experience was if anyone has dealt with them...

I've dealt with them for service and parts for my SC430. I dont know how their sales dept is though.

Sales man Brandon is great. I recommend him. Straightforward guy will not misguide you.

The dealer on the other hand did me wrong. They sold me a certified pre owned vehicle with dry rotted tires and now they are refusing to take responsibility and change them.

So far I filed a complain with BBB also contacted lexus headquarters.
