i let my tank get VERY low a few days ago and i heard its bad for you to let your tank get low cause all the crap goes through your enigine and can mess it up..is this true? and at what point do alot of you guys fill up at?? half tank,quarter tank?

It's not so bad to let the tank run low every once in a while, It can become a problem if you run it on the gas light all the time. As often times while you are driving, the gas will shift around inside the tank when it is very low. This is no good, as your engine willl have an inadequate amount of gas being fed to it if the fuel is in the wrong position inside the tank. I usually fill up with 1/4 or so left in tank, but sometimes I dip below because I HAVE to fill on Tuesdays, since its 5 cents off of premium. Every penny counts these days guys, I've completely given up the mod bug for the time being, I suggest you guys do the same unless your cash flow compensates, in which case, more power to you .
