curious if anyone wants to meet up sometime before the meet in late july.

 

Bryan, I've just been thinking about trying to organize a mini-meet, which would take place 2 weeks before Johnny's BBQ, and thinking about having it held in the middle of CT, like in the New Haven area or somewhere. I know Derrick lives around the corner, Ted is in Hartford, Alexus-Kia from New Haven, etc. I agree that a "warmer" meet before the "chill" BBQ meet would be the way to go

Let me know what you think, and I'm down to hear from other's feedback as well.

DOug I'm down. As long as it isnt the next two weekends I should be free.

 

New Haven's not exactly middle of CT. What about Hartford of even the Western MA area (Springfield) or Agawam we could make a day out of it and go to Six Flags? Just throwing out ideas.

Sounds great Dom, I didn't think about that. Maybe we could initially meet at the Hartford Lexus dealership (right off of I-84 and Rte. 2) or Buckland Hills mall in Manchester CT, and we can all caravan up to the 6 Flags park. I've never been to that park, but I'm always up for any kind of amusement park ride

Cool so you wanna make it official and set the date for July 10th? Doug you wann achange the thread title to trip to Six Flags Agawam, MA on July 10th? Thats cool NYAristo lets see if we get anymore interest from NY,CT,RI and MA and anywhere else. I would like it if every MA member could make this one.

I'll meet you at the Park & Ride across from Home Depot. We can get on Rt 3 right there and race the whole way. Just kidding, but a caravan of such would work.

Is that date a sunday?? A trip to 6 flags would be great. I know the way on the back roads as well, from granby.

 

This is great I like to see interest in this one. Stevie that works out just perfect for me as that park and ride is literally 30 seconds from my house . I've been dying to go back to Six Flags they've got a couple new rides and I could ride the Superman till I pass out or lose feeling in my legs (which ever comes first). Roll call who's going? Save the Date July the 10th it is a Sunday.

Doug bad news! I can't make it the 10th. Would anyone have a problem bumping this up to the 17th? I must apologize as this kinda was my idea.
