Hey guys,

I just got an email from a fellow member asking about coming to NY. If we get enough people who meet the minimum about of services, i will definitely come down.

A few things i wanted to be sure of. I'll probably need a workspace. Preferable a residential garage, a shop, or a storage facility that has a working outlet. This way if the weather gets haywire, i can continue working. If you can lend me that space, I will definitely give you a discount.

Even better yet is a hotel, that has covered parking and will not mind me working in there parking garage. That way i will not need to rent a car to commute and save me a lot more of expenses..

As for payment. There will be a nonrefundable downpayment. 50% of the services you do so people do not flake like they have here in California. We call those people 'Tony the Tiger'. So half through paypal and half when i finish the job.
