Sounds like it was a very positive meet business wise and from the pics thread it looks like it was a great turnout.

 

We definitely should of had burn out contests or something lol. That Vette was INSANE!

 

nah dude, we brought enough attention to ourselves by standing around. imagine what would happen if we were to do a "burnout" contest. this would be a bad impression and bad image of NELOC, people would think we're reckless and have no respect for us.

Great to see everyone would all the conversations but Their wasnt enuff time to talk to everyone but I had a great time .....Ps the caravan was great with The MD,PA we nyc guys should DO some IMprov meets / Caravan meets I have some Ideas Would love to work with some CL members to work these out Pm Me

I am happy to have found out when I came super late that we were actually productive and DID discuss the future...It is good that everyone was able to talk and that we have set a positive foot forward!! Looks like we are going to make some serious moves this year!

It was good seeing Tommy, Mark, Anuj, Vlad, Hugh, and the rest of the guys...

I missed a lot of people that I really wanted to catch up with though...Eric, Tony..etc. But there is always next time!

I came very late...but as some may already know...I was on my way to pickup Mark but caught a flat on the BQE...it ended up being the other way around and Mark came to pick me up! lol...

My wheel lock key was at home (yes that is really dumb of me) and when I finally put the spare on...that was flat too...



I look at Neloc as a place where everyone can just talk about what they love(cars, and even other things)....this is something that we all turn to as stresss relief and something that is apart from our everyday tensions...If we start having drama here it defeats the purpose...I personally have no complaints with anyone...and got nothing but NELOC love for the whole fam!!

except for the guy who saw me with the flat..honked and ran away..... (j/k)

 

Sorry to have missed a pivotal meet, I just couldn't talk myself into 11hrs of driving in one day. I've talked to a few of you and it sounds as though it was a good meet, and that alot of good should come of it. Let's keep the moral high, the momentum up, and everything moving in the right direction. Job well done

 

I Don’t know about Burnouts…. I don’t think we need that unwanted attention. The reason we did not get the Police out there was because we all behaved like civilized people. We can take the burnouts to a more private location.

As far as the meeting I think it was a great idea. I realize there are some tensions between some members. I did not see it as a negative aspect of this crew but more as a positive thing. Back when I first started on this site in 05 the same members that were going at it, were best of friends. We all share the same love and passion for our cars, and it shows. Lets forget about whatever happened and make this year the best NELOC year ever.
