just make sure you clear coat them, i did the same thing to my supra and they get oxidized and calcium spots quickly

Here are some more recent pictures of the valve cover. Also painted the plastic cover to match the look of the car itself. Also started working on my manifold. things are starting to come together slowly.

No time for breaks, i graduate in a few weeks so i have to take advantage of the schools tools and facilities while i can. Ill be at Carlisle all weekend. I dont know if ill have the motor swapped by then but you better believe im going to try to have it done.

Put some Mothers polishing compound and youll see yourself. trust me! I have done it to many of my old school corollas

Some new parts came in today. Looks pretty clean for it being a used Q45 throttle body. Work on intake manifold starts on monday
