This is a meet where we will get to enjoy our rides and see a beautiful part of the northeast. It's considered one of "Best Driving Roads in America" by Car and Driver. They say its the closest thing to the dragons tail in north Carolina.

YAY!! Aug 25th is my vote

I signed up for the one that was cancelled due to lack of interest. MD said they want a "driving" meet so here it is! Thanks Carlos for opening this back up and hopefully this time you'll get the expected response for a meet like this one!

 

I'm going to go with the 25th as well... This looks like such a nice road to do a cruise, come on NELOC let's make it happen!!!

 

Carlos, I would love to do this event and definitely need the 25th. I will be in Myrtle Beach until the 18th. Please let's do the 25th.

August 18th, I'm going to try to be in Tennessee for the infamous "Dragon".

In the fall (October), we will do a Skyline Drive...which will be in the hills of southern Virginia. We'll consider this to be the northern "drive".

 

We got 11 votes for August 25th, so I'm putting it on my calendar.

 

I originally sugested the 18th, but if more people are coming on the 25th (which is what we need to make this happen) then count me in that date.

 

It looks as though we have a date of the 25th. Let's caravan.

 

Senator, unfortunately, will have to tap out on this one. Jumping on a cruise ship in Miami on the 25th and not coming back until September 1st. I get giddy even when I think about it. You guys dont know what you will be missing. I will again attempt to organize another Neloc cruise in the future if anyone is interested.

 

Forget Harrisburg or Atlantic City, NELOC cruise would be crazy. That would be like a week long party. Just nuts.

 

Can we bring our cars? Maybe we just put all our cars on a big Ferry boat, and party on the ferry boat. I remember the Ferry to Martha's Vineyard was quite nice....

 

Thats actually a sick idea. I'd be down
