paints gonna be alot because it depends on what color and if you are going to paint the engine bay and what not.

I got a guy who is really good in brooklyn. Let me know what kind of color you are looking for as well as if you want the engine bay and the jambs painted because all of the makes the price different.

What is wrong with the paint right now? It looks like it was neglected for a very long time and never taken care of...Try washing and claying it first, it'll look 100X better...For a good job your looking at close to 4k, my body guy told me paint prices went up again...Try detailing it first before you get a paint job...

4k seems a lil on the high side. Like i told the original poster to get an idea of the price I would need to know what he wants.

At my boys shop you could spend about $1500 for a standard full paint over. Now as mentioned if you want details painted that makes the difference.

depending how handy you are you could always to a lot of the prep yourself. that will save on some money. i know that is what a lot of shops will do (at least) back home. think about that

If you're willing to come to Qns, I have a friend who owns a body shop and can give you an honest quote about what it will cost.
